PLEASE NOTE- The Cookie Cart & Treats requires any customer looking to cancel their order to do so at least 6 calendar days after their order has been placed. By doing so, the customer will receive a 90% refund. Any order cancellation made between 7-14 calendar days after their order has been reviewed & process has begun will only receive a 50% refund.
Orders that are cancelled or final payment (including shipping) not received less than 10 days before their pick-up/ delivery/ shipping date will not be refunded & may be cancelled. Partially refunded orders are non-transferrable.
TCCT may or may not reach out as a reminder for order pick-up. Any order that is not picked up will not be refunded. Product purchased from our store cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless specifically allowed by The Cookie Cart & Treats' management team.

At this time, we are not a retail bakery location, so we do not have cookies ready made for walk-in customers. Every order is previously placed on our website, so every cookie we create is made to order.

We pride ourselves in using fresh products. Our ingredients are generally Flour, Sugar, Butter, Cream Cheese, Egg Yolk, Salt, Pure Vanilla Extract, Powdered Sugar, Meringue Powder, coloring gel.

Yes! Our cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months, and we encourage customers to store the cookies in freezer containers to ensure freshness. To keep the cookie design looking its best, we also recommend placing a sheet of wax paper between each layer of cookies (if not individually wrapped).
When defrosting the cookies, we recommend you leave them out for 8 to 12 hours or overnight in the container with the lid secured; Do not lift the lid.
