Process:
- Once we receive your order, it will be reviewed & calendared.
- We will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to verify & clarify your order requests.
- Once the order is acceptable & complete, you will receive your deposit invoice with an estimated shipping cost.
- Please complete your payment to The Cookie Cart & Treats
Deposits & Payments:
- If your order is under $150, 20% deposit is required at the time of order to secure your date and confirm your order. See details below
- If your order is over $150, a 50% deposit is required at the time of order to secure your date and confirm your order. See details below
- Full balance is required to be paid no less than 10 calendar days prior to your shipping date. If your request for an order is for less than two weeks out, and we can accommodate, there will be a rush fee added to the order and full payment will need to be processed at time of order acceptance.
- Shipping will be added at your cost to your order & to be paid in full prior to shipping date. An estimated shipping cost will be noted once the order has been reviewed & accepted. A tracking number will be provided upon shipping.
- **The Cookie Cart & Treats uses third party delivery companies to deliver the cookies to customers. If you are not home when your box is delivered, the product will be left at your door or in a common area. We highly recommend that you review the USDA’s instructions on safe food handling. All items are at your risk from the time of delivery.
- We package as best we can to prevent shipping damage but Delivery damage is non-refundable.
Cancellation:
The Cookie Cart & Treats requires any customer looking to cancel his/her order to do so at least 6 calendar days after their order has been placed. By doing so, the customer will receive a 90% refund. Any order cancellation made between 7-14 calendar days after their order has been placed will only receive a 50% refund. Orders that are cancelled less than 10 days before their pick-up/ delivery/ shipping date will not be refunded. Partially refunded orders are non-transferrable. TCCT may or may not reach out as a reminder for order pick-up. Any order that is not picked up will not be refunded. Product purchased from our store cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless specifically allowed by The Cookie Cart & Treats’ management team.

NOTE THE EIGHT MAJOR ALLERGENS, AS DETERMINED BY THE US FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION, WHICH ARE WHEAT, EGG, SOY, MILK, TREENUTS, PEANUTS, FISH, AND SHELLFISH ARE STORED, PORTIONED, AND PACKAGED IN THE COOKIE CART & TREATS’ FACILITY. YOU UNDERSTAND, ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WE STORE, PORTION AND PACKAGE THESE PRODUCTS, AND WHILE TCCT TAKES PRECAUTIONS TO LIMIT ANY CROSS-CONTAMINATION, CROSS CONTAMINATION MAY OCCUR BETWEEN FOOD PRODUCTS, AND THUS, THE REPRESENTATIVE DESSERT BOX, OR THE DESSERT BOX, MAY CONTAIN SOME OR ALL OF THE ALLERGENS LISTED.
